Mentoring and Advocating for Women in Tech with Caroline Gayle

Our host, Feyisayo Enuiyin, an engineering graduate from McMaster University, passionate about all things technology, community and leadership, leads today's discussion with Caroline Gayle, about mentoring in the corporate world and what it means to advocate for ourselves and others.

Caroline is a Canadian Technology Financial Services Managing Director Lead with responsibilities for system integration and outsourcing.  She is a pragmatic leader, with cross industry delivery skills and strong client, team and vendor focus and experience.  She has more than 20 years of progressive leading large-scale complex business and IT transformation engagements involving the integration, alignment and implementation of IT solutions in the financial services health and public sector industries.  Caroline is the Canadian Executive Sponsor for Inclusion and Diversity at Accenture, sits on the board of of Toronto Region Immigrant Council, World Education Services and the Wealth Simple Foundation, Black Experience Advisory Council for the Hospital for Sick Kids.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of the West Indies, an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Golden Gate University and is also a member of the Project Management Institute.  In 2023 she won the Catalyst Honors Champion – Business Leader Award and in 2019 she was the winner of Women in Communications and Technology just to name a few of her accomplishment.
