With a dynamic career spanning over 18 years, Pamela Anoliefo stands out as a multifaceted Agile leader. Her journey spans roles such as Release Train Engineer at TD Bank, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Business Analyst, showcasing her adaptability and comprehensive understanding of the tech and project management sectors.

Pamela's professional footprint extends across diverse industries, including financial services, retail, insurance, non-profit organizations, start-ups, and the innovative space of cards, acquiring, payments, and e-commerce. This broad spectrum of experience not only underscores her ability to navigate various industries, but also highlights her capability to drive innovation and efficiency in fast-paced and challenging environments.

Notably recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2023, she is also an Amazon best-selling co-author of the book "Ladies in Tech Vol. II: Changing the Face of Technology". Pamela, also known as Coach Pam, through her organisation Redluxe Consulting, she guides aspiring technology professionals in acquiring essential, hands-on technical skills, that expedite their learning and skill development, enabling them to secure rewarding careers in the tech industry and start earning high-paying salaries in Agile project management and Business analysis.

She is known for her passion for volunteering at several not-for-profit organisations, exceptional leadership, mentorship, and the impactful change she brings to every project and team she leads.
